So I finally got around to writing a review for Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow. I got tired of seeing "review coming soon" staring at me.

This game is definitely worth the $20 price tag. I have always been a Madden guy up until now, but this game is a refreshing change of pace. I am really enjoying it so far (I've only put in like 3 hours) and I am looking forward to starting my franchise once I get a little better hang of the defensive controls. It's a little hard getting the Madden controls out of my system after all this time. I'll add a more detailed review to my site soon.

I am going to buy ESPN NFL 2k5 tomorrow. I had always figured I would be a Madden lifer, but I have to admit that the cheap price ($15 @ Best Buy) along with the great reviews have intrigued me enough to use some of my soon-to-expire Best Buy Rewards Zone coupons on this game. I'm actually really looking forward to playing it.

So my parents and li'l bro are staying with us through the weekend. It's nice for the kids to have the Grandparents around. Now Ainsley has 3 more people to drag around the house on adventures. So for the trip has just amounted to me whooping my bro at NHL Hitz Pro and them finally watching Pirates of the Caribbean while I studied. One can only guess what Ainsley will have them doing today.

It's that time of year again... time for Fantasy Football drafts, training camps, and of course... NEW MADDEN!!!! I actually doubt I'll pick this 2005 up since I'm still getting plenty of enjoyment out of 2004. But you never know, the Collector's Edition is pretty appealing.

So I got Christa to play Culdcept with me the last 2 nights in a row. I think she likes it even though I won both games. I think after playing a couple more to get the hang of it, she'll be giving me a run for my money. She's starting to get some pretty solid cards too, which will help her out big time.

So our HOA had their annual summer pool party last night, and things didn't exactly go as planned. We were literally in the pool less than 5 minutes when some kid threw up in the pool and they emptied it. Needless to say we didn't hang around to get back in after a half hour since Christa said they would close the pool she used to work at for at least 24 hours when that would happen.
